机械专业毕业论文范文
本课题结合生产实际,在农用运输车的基础上对低速载货汽车车架及悬架系统进行了设计。设计内容主要包括:参与总体设计;车架、悬架结构型式分析和主要参数的确定;车架、悬架结构设计。
整个设计过程遵循以下原则和技术标准:规范合理的型式和尺寸选择,结构和布置合理;保证整车良好的平顺性能。工作可靠,结构简单,装卸方便,便于维修、调整;尽量使用通用件,以便降低制造成本;在保证功能和强度的要求下,尽量减小整备质量。
低速载货汽车上用得比较广泛的是边梁式车架和非独立悬架,因为边梁式车架和非独立悬架结构简单,比较经济实用,便于维修和改装。考虑到车架和悬架在整车设计中的作用,首先进行了车架、悬架的总体设计,然后对车架、悬架结构进行了设计,最后对车架、悬架的结构进行了受力综合分析,在次基础上确定了它们的主要参数。

This topic combined production with the actual and based on the agriculture transport vehicle foundation, the low speed truck frame and suspension system have been designed. The main content of the design include: the design of the participation system, analysis of the structure pattern of the frame and suspension and determination of the main parameter, design of the structure of the frame and suspension.
During the entire design process, the principles and the technical standards are followed: the reasonable pattern and the size, the struc the good smooth performance o with reliable work, simple structure, loading and unloading, advantageous for the servic as far as possible general parts, in order to reduce the cost of the production, the function and the intensity request are guaranteed, the quality is reduced as far as possible.
The side frame and non- independent suspension are used quite widely on the low speed truck, because the side frame and non- independent suspension structure are simple, economical and practical, advantageous for the service and the refit. Considered the function of the frame and suspension in the entire vehicle design, firstly that the whole of the frame and suspension system is carried on designing, then the structure of the frame and suspension have been carried on designing, finally the stress generalized analysis of the structure of the frame and suspension has been carried on, their main parameter has been determined in the inferior foundation.
