　　多主食及适量温热食物。首先多吃主食，适当选择产热高和温热性的食物，主要有羊肉、牛肉、鸡肉、红枣等，这些食物中富含蛋白质及脂肪，产热量多，对于素体虚寒、阳气不足者尤其有益。
　　多水果及适量护阴食物。为使“阴平阳秘”，防治上火，冬季还宜配食鸭、鹅、藕、木耳等护阴之品，尤其是一些体弱多病、精气亏损的中老年人，以求阴阳平衡。另外，每天还应补充水果，多吃柚子、苹果等生津类水果。
　　适量增加辛辣御寒食物。吃辣的可以祛寒。辣椒中含有辣椒素，生姜含有芳香性挥发油，胡椒中含胡椒碱，它们都属于辛辣食品，冬天多吃一些，不仅可以增进食欲，还能促进血液循环，提高御寒能力。
　　雪天如何护理肌肤
　　白天在雪地里活动时，要使用高倍数的防晒品。因为雪地的光线反射再加上阳光的照射，产生的紫外线将会非常惊人！所以SPF30以上的防晒霜是非常非常必要的。同时，要配合防晒霜使用隔离霜。别以为雪那么白，就一定会很干净，其实不然，雪水中含有很多脏东西，所以要使用隔离霜，可以有效地把雪水中的杂质隔离在肌肤之外。
　　建议在雪天出门之前用冷水洗脸。如果你还不适应，那么也可以先用温水洗脸，然后再用冷水冲一下，这样帮助肌肤更适应雪天的环境氛围。特别要提示的是，不要使用任何的洁肤产品，让肌肤原本的保护层——天然油脂来保护肌肤。

　　积雪对阳光的反射性强，易使驾驶员双目畏光流泪，视力下降(即雪盲症)。因此，行车中应戴有色眼镜，并注意休息。
　　雪天怎样给脚保暖
　　下雪天脚部的保暖尤应加强。踏雪后，最好用热水泡泡脚。如果在雨夹雪的天气，或者积雪融化了，即使穿上保暖的鞋子，不久就会湿透，极易冻伤双脚。这时不起眼的塑料袋就能解决大难题。你可以在袜子外套上塑料袋再穿鞋，一保暖，二隔热。

　　雨雪天气之所以影响人的心理健康，主要是因为雨雪天气下光线较弱，人体分泌的松果激素较多，这样，甲状腺素、肾上腺素的分泌浓度就相对降低，人体神经细胞也就因此“偷懒”，变得不怎么“活跃”，人也就会变得无精打采。因此，雨雪天里要善于调整心理情绪、保持心情舒畅，克服因天气造成的负面心理。
