SPRINGER文章录用后
大家好，一篇springer杂志文章接受后，发来一个链接，关于在线版权转移的，转移完后确认，收到了两封题目分别为《Copyright Transfer Statement (CTS) for your article 》和《Order confirmation regarding your article》，但里面全是乱码，有经验的能告诉我这两封信是不是只是通知你版权转让成功，只是等proof么？谁有经验，帮帮我吧？？
是的，这个主要让你签署电子版权转让协议。如果有银子，还可以订购纸质的论文。

赶时间，已经被编辑催稿了，因为PROOF被邮件屏蔽了，找不到现在修改PROOF的网址或工具，实用说明上也没写，求指导啊

在线修改的网址， 左面是文档，右面是修改，但是没讲左面的文档是怎么打开的。。

Springer期刊投稿指南和在线修改e-proof指导手册（pdf，英文版）下载
以前也中过springer期刊的文章，但那时还是传统的那种扫描email投稿系统proof或者传真，最近中了一篇springer出版社某期刊的文章，发现springer的投稿系统越来越好，比Elsevier、IEEE、IET和IOP越来越方便多了。在网络畅通的前提条件下，和其它出版社投稿系统以及以前spinger投稿系统自身相比，现在Springer期刊投稿方便和不同的地方：
1．& & & & 你投稿后，如果文章中标注的corresponding author是你的导师，而投稿系统填写通讯作者时你将自己作为corresponding author，那么编辑马上会和你确认到底谁作为corresponding author，如果你还是学生，建议回复编辑email时选择导师为通讯作者，这样以后文章的审稿和处理结果编辑都发到你导师的邮箱，所以投稿前建议和你的导师沟通下，让导师将以后的email都转发给你，你可以通过转发邮件当中的链接进行文章的后续处理，否则你只能指望导师来处理了，这个对导师来说恐怕有点难度：）。当然，如果你选择你作为corresponding author的话，那么录用文章包括proof（校样）以及最终出版的文章通讯作者就是你了，文章中就会出现你的email邮箱，而不是导师的email邮箱，而在大陆高校大部分导师都是通讯作者的。
2．& & & & 文章录用后，版权转让协议可以在网络上签名，很简单，就是英文输入法拼写你的或者你导师（即通讯作者）的英文名字，选择认可出版协议就行，不需要手写英文名，不需要扫描或传真版权转让协议等。
3．& & & & Proof修改有多样选择性，可以是在pdf中修改，然后email或者传真（注意引用你的文章题目和文章编号），这些是传统的方法。最近springer推出更方便的proof修改方法，就是e-proof，可以在线修改proof，当然这种在线修改proof方法其它一些出版社投稿系统也有，但springer的e-proof修改可以在线一边查看你的proof（和pdf一样，在窗口左栏），还可以一边进行正常的在线修改（比如引用proof的行/公式编号，列出错误的地方，给出正确的修改）。E-proof修改其实也比较简单，如果不清楚，可以看下附件的在线修改e-proof的指导手册。

老话重提，proof中可修改哪些东西（今天收到了arctile tracking,里面有相关提示）
上次咨询过各位高手，proof中能不能修改一个小数据，当时众说纷纭，弄得我没有主见，今天收到了article tracking，请各位高手再帮忙斟酌一下，可不可以修改数据？以下是稿件中提到的：

Elsevier的修改比较通融，不过可能和杂志有关，小的修改出版社经常给改。但是他们排版经常出错，姓和名颠倒，一个姓和另一个名换了都看到过，这样要注意改（不是加作者，换位置），不要到文章刊登才发现。 原则上关键数据不能改。个人觉得proof中主要给你改语法的。 我收到的第一份proof就出现了2楼的情况，我老板和我师兄的姓给颠倒了，我很无语 只要是错误的都要改正 这个阶段一般稿子在出版社手里，改数据出版社要返回编辑手里的，给你的邮件里相信有说明。另外就是仔细仔细仔细仔细仔细检查，别出现低级错误，刊登就糗了
