别克英朗远光灯不亮

一辆2010款上海通用产别克英朗GT 1.6L手动挡轿车， 行驶了27010km， 出现远 光灯不亮的现象， 但远光指示灯正常点亮。 客户反映以前出现过的故障， 更换一个发动 机舱的保险丝盒后恢复正常， 仅隔半年再次 出现该故障。
坏。 由于该配件更换费用较高， 本着为客户 节省的原则， 尝试对该保险丝盒进行维修。 拆下该保险丝盒附带的接线， 记下保险 盒中保险丝及继电器相关的规格及位置(图 1)， 松下3个固定螺栓A， 用T8拆下5个固定 螺钉B。 由于卡扣在槽中， 缝隙较小， 不容易 撬出， 遂采用在外侧对应位置打孔(打孔时 要避开固定插槽)， 用平口起子撬开卡扣C即

故障诊断与排除
由于没有维 修手册， 对该车的维 修工 作造成一定的困难。 根据故障现象， 远光指 示灯正常点亮， 变光开关出问题的可能性较 小。 技师打开发动机舱保险丝盒护罩， 核对 客户的使用手册得知远光灯保险丝为F22(左 远 光灯)和F41(右远 光灯)。用万用表 直流 20A档串联 火线为该保险 丝供电， 电流为 8.6A， 前照灯远光灯可正常点亮， 说明远光 继电器损坏的可能性大。 根据客户描述， 上 次出现故障后更换该保险丝盒即正常， 说明 远光继电器集成在发动机舱保险丝盒内的可 能性较大。 取一只正常的发动机舱保险丝盒 进行更换， 故障消失， 故障为该保险丝盒损
可取下前面板， 看到内部连接层(图2)。 用1 根强度较高的粗钢丝做成L型钩子， 均匀用 力将连接层拉出， 露出印刷板层(图3)。 从后 部均匀用力推插接件， 将印刷板推出。 该印 刷板上集成了7只微型继电器， 远光继电器 在右侧远光保险丝附近， 印刷板背面由4个 焊点焊接， 远光继电器焊点局部见图4。小 心拆下该继电器， 用耐高温的优质电线焊接 在这4个焊点上， 在前面板上继电器空位钻 4个孔， 将线引出。将各层配件细心安装到 位， 技师经过对比， 考虑选用编号为8385 的继电器， 将各对应位置焊接好后用3M双 面胶粘接在附近的继电器上(见图5)。安装 好附带接线， 固定好发动机舱保险丝盒， 试 机， 远光大灯正常， 故障排除。

由于厂家设计的远光继电器体 积小， 而远光灯的总功率达到100W左右， 相对该 继电器来说负荷太大， 天长日久就会造成触 点烧

将保险盒连接总火线拆掉，拧松三个红色圈内的螺丝，用力将螺丝往下顶一下，将下面连接线束插头顶出，将保险盒整个往上取出，注意周围卡子需要挑一下，不能暴力

将保险丝盒分解，需要用到小一字螺丝刀和镊子，周围有一圈卡子，最好有个帮手；用万用表测量找到喇叭继电器位置，并搞清楚内部结构，红色圈内就是今天的主题，喇叭继电器，另外绿色圈内是大灯远光灯继电器，也是经常出现问题的，这里一起注明。
