求大神一定帮助我。我订了一台车交了三千块押金，但是我在别的4s店已经提过车了，我去找4s店他们说是我的原因先毁约的。所以不给退。而且订车合同也已经签过了，订字不是这个订是一定的定。我有朋友是律师。他说人家如果有合同是可以不给退的，而且订车的合同上写的是一定的定。我现在想找的着重点应该是什么？有一个细节我不知道能不能利用到。就是我们谈好了优惠价格和送的物品数量种类。但是他没有给我签合同等于只是口头承诺给我优惠。只签了订车合同。我能不能把着重点放在这里。说他欺骗消费者。。

<font color="#年的我在29岁终于拥有了自己的第一台车！都说车如人妻，所以我的第一次一定要找个最漂亮的姑娘！对于这个美丽的姑娘，我并没有太多要求。我身高不高，所以她一定也要娇小可爱，但又要富有内涵。爽快，大气，又要有气质。喜欢那自由奔放的她，陪伴我穿梭在人山人海……
哈哈，废话不多说了，说说正经的吧！看了有那么几款车之前，、、、。福克斯看起来是挺柔的，但是“她”的品味差了些，有点粗糙，而且好能吃啊，pass；英朗XT让人家会觉得我在搞基啊，太硬朗了！毕竟自己的大老婆偶尔也要开开的，而且也是个能吃的“小伙子”；下面就纠结“姐妹”俩了。“姐姐”6代很有文化和内涵，一切都很满意，就是“眼神”好像不太好，尾灯好像戴了眼镜一样；“妹妹”7代全LED尾灯闪耀迷人，外观也比“姐姐”雷厉风行了很多！走的是气质路线！我比较喜欢，于是就决定是她了！
说说提车吧，1.4T豪华，16.78万元没有优惠，全下来也快19了。幸运的是没有被QJ导航包，等车半个月就到了。
