　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　各位、各位同志：很荣幸站在这里向各位，。作为一名基层干部，我时刻关心着城区委的发展，悉心关注着广大居民的需求，因为改革的节拍震撼着每一位普普通通人的心灵，我原先的在每一次改革中不断发展，我也在每一次改革中不断成熟、。今日，城社委采取公开的方式选拔任用干部，是识人用人的一次深刻，所以，我主动迎接挑战，竞聘居民小组长一职，就是想通过自己的努力，为、为居民做一点实实在在的工作，在这个上有所作为。如果我能当选，我将以服从、服务于社区发展为宗旨，紧紧依靠社区党委的正确领导，加强，务实工作，、带领小组同志，创造性地把领导交办的各项工作抓实、抓靠、抓出成效。具体来说，就是要聚精会神在三个方面下功夫。　　1、勤奋学习，在内强素质上练硬功。以建立学习型小组为目标，紧密结合工作实际，激发小组成员的学习热情，积极向书本学、向同志学、向实践学。深入学习国家政策法规，掌握县委与城区委的工作思与推进，在思想上做到与时俱进；深入钻研知识，更新知识储备，拓宽工作视野，不断赋予居民工作新内涵，不断适应社区工作新要求；加强修养，牢记“想民之所需、急民之所难、帮民之所危”的服务宗旨，用自己的实际行动激励、影响小组成员脚踏实地、苦干实干，从而形成团结敬业、互助共进的浓厚氛围，《》()。　　2、尽职尽责，为领导当好参谋助手。服从领导安排、服务社区发展是我工作的出发点和落脚点。凡事想在前、干在先，勤思考、多研究，大胆探索做好新形势下的民事纠纷、优扶救济、等工作的途径与办法，有重点、有针对性地为领导决策提供建设性的意见，高站位当好参谋。对于领导交办的各项工作，认真谋划，合理安排，不打折扣落实，全力以赴办理，切实发挥助手作用，以实实在在的工作成果为领导分忧、为社区发展服务。　　3、事必躬亲，做服务于民的表率。经常深入小区院舍，走进矛盾中、进入问题里，使自己置根于广大居民中间，倾听群众心声，了解群众意愿，把上级及时宣传到位，家喻户晓，人人皆知；把下面翔实反映上去，掌握基层发展动态，做好上情下达、下情上报工作。居民小组长工作事务俱细，面广量大，做好这项工作，我会以身作则，事必躬亲，在化解矛盾、理顺关系上让居民满意，在部署工作、落实发展措施上让居民响应，在公共事务、兴办事业上让居民参与，用真诚凝聚人心，用热情赢得支持，用经营统领实践，用创新换取发展，脚踏实地，埋头苦干，一步一个脚印地前行，步步为营，让锲而不舍的品质、求实务实的在我的身上、我的工作中得到最好的。各位领导，这是我做好居民小组长工作的一些想法，千里之行，始于足下，把想法变成做法关键是见诸于行动，如果我能当选，我会用实际行动履行岗位职责、用实际行动诠释本职工作、用实际行动创造价值。　　最后，祝愿城区委的明天更！　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　稿 网欢迎你。

I’m the spokesman of Jining.
Jining is the birthplace of
Confucius, Mencius, Yan Hui, Zeng Shen and Zisi， With the Great
Canal passing by； it’s called the Holy Land in the East, and the
kingdom of manners.
You could find the trace of the
saint in the Confucius Temple, Confucian Family Residence and
Confucian Cemetery. You could enjoy the peculiar rocks on the
Yishan Mountian, the beautiful scenes in Quanlin of Sishui, the
lotus flowers in the Weishan Lake, and the stories of the 108
heroes on the Liangshan Hill.

Ladies and Gentlemen , Good afternoon! I?m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. today my topic is &youth&. I hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it.
First I want to ask you some questions:
1、 Do you know what is youth?
2、 How do you master your youth?
Youth is not a time of life, it it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions :
it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals.
Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self &distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .
Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ?s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what?s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there?s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.
