I recently purchased a set of these tyres as an upgrade to the previous Hankook Optimo Tyres that came standard on car. Those tyres had blotted their copybook with very poor grip in the wet and had caused an accident by way of aquaplaning despite having a decent amount of tread remaining.
So with the purchase of Michelin Energy XM2 I expected to get improved Fuel Saving, quieter operation over the Optimo's.
Sad to say that I am very disappointed by the XM2's.
Fuel efficiency: No Improvement (6.1-6.3 L/100 Km before and after).
Road Noise: No Improvement
Wet Grip : Better than the Optimos
Mileage: to early to say. I'm likely to replace these tyres before they wear out.

我最近买了XM2作为升级替换了之前的原配韩泰轮胎，原配韩泰糟糕的湿地抓地力影响了品牌口碑，同时之前因为打滑还引起过一次事故，所以尽管没到磨损极限但还是把它换掉了。
不过我对XM2很失望。
省油上没有任何改进，之前是6.1，现在是6.3
湿地抓地力好于韩泰
也有好评的：
I really happy with these tyres. They perform everything well and without fuss. They have good grip in both dry and wet conditions. They are quiet and comfortable.
They replaced my XM1+ which lasted 100,000 kms on mostly country driving. About to instal a set on my Holden Commodore.
我对XM2很满意，XM2表现很出色，名副其实。它拥有很好的干地和湿地抓地力，同时兼顾静音舒适。
我把之前跑了10万公里乡村路面的XM1给换成XM2，相当于安装了一台。。。

单纯应付倒霉路面，韩泰玛吉斯就足够了。关键不得还想舒服点么。 你说玛吉斯我想起来的，LD的新骐达就是玛吉斯，跑了快6W公里了，前些日子参加米其林驰加的活动，检查轮胎，检查胎纹基本都没怎么磨损。看来这个牌子的轮胎挺禁造的！

原车锦湖，感觉比较硬，噪音也大，但感觉挺耐磨的。第四年换了米其林XM2，没感觉出多大改变，好像是软了点。但明显不皮实，第二个月胎侧面就挂了个小裂口，在内侧，也不知道怎么挂的。试着索赔一下，没成功，售后目测检查说是挂的，不管。如有意见可以申请鉴定。嫌麻烦算了，又买了一个换上，2个月的新胎啊，就这么扔了。后来又用了3年多，感觉就是不皮实，磨的明显比锦湖的快。几个月前天津轮胎同学搞团购，换了一套马牌的，型号不太记得了，好像是CPC什么的。换完一上马路，坐车里傻了，是不是自己耳朵出毛病了？原先的噪音小了好多，车内好安静！过井盖也没那么颠了，真的大出意料啊！
