not local,developing scale and efficiency is deminished.We should pay more attention to HRM if we want to expansion market share and enhance the competive power.we all know that no matter where the competion places,indeed it is the competion of the talents. so ,remain the perfect staff and analysis the reason of the staff loss is the key way to develope a company.it's necessay to recgonise the current situation and analysis the problem ,finding out a way to solve the problem.this assay choose the
