数量欢迎转载。但转载请注明来自米洛，及知乎。高速互联时代，我们缺乏的不是线上学习资源，甚至不一定是好的线上学习资源，我们最缺的是筛选学习资源的能力，及科学利用线上学习资源的方法。题主要我们推荐的是好的学习的网站。在此，我结合自己的学习方法，以及学习经历，为大家推荐一些优质的学习网站。此外，我还将详细说明如何科学地使用这些网站，以实现花尽量少的时间，学到尽量多的东西，成就更好的自己。注：我将以学习目的来归类这些网站。1. 思想类：如何让自己想法更有深度，观点更加客观？一个想法有深度，观点很客观的人，往往：a. 能意识世界上很多事情都很复杂，往往没有标准答案。 b. 对于复杂问题有好奇心c. 不抗拒主动思考复杂问题（真心很烧脑）d. 乐于倾听反方观点e. 经历过长期的积累（读书，看网站，与他人交换想法）这些因素中，我觉得最重要的就是最后一条，长期的积累。那么我们有哪些学习网站可以利用，又应该如何利用这些学习网站，来加速我们的积累呢？我来还原我在这方面的个人经历。情况一：当一些复杂问题激发起我的好奇心时，我会主动寻求答案。比如，当我开始思考类似 “在当代，我们是否过度地用工作来定义一个人” “是不是选择少其实才是好事” 这样的问题时，我就会很想知道我的同类---地球上的其他人---到底是怎样想的。这时，我就会开始主动搜索答案。我常用的网站如下。a. Medium: 一个聚集了各行各业的人的平台。活跃用户主要为美国人，以及居住在美国的歪果仁。我们可以姑且把这个网站理解为新型博客聚合平台。我一般会通过关键词来搜索文章。比如，我会搜索 "too many choices" "harmful" "counterproductive" 这样的关键词来看看其他人如何看待选择过剩的问题。当我找到合适的文章后，我首先会利用Medium内置的收藏功能保存文章，或将文章归类到合适的Chrome书签里。之后，我会开始仔细阅读文章。当我读到作者的独特想法，或者我一直想表达但不知道如何用语言表达的想法时，我都会把这些内容保存到我的印象笔记里，并打上相应的标签，便于后期搜索。b. TED Talk: 对于大名鼎鼎的TED Talk，我也会用关键词去定位我所需要的视频。当然，有时候我需要多尝试几组关键词，才能找到我想要的内容。我看TED视频时，喜欢直接开中文字幕，因为我的目的是来获取信息的。要获取信息，自然用母语效率最高。如果你看TED的目的不是练英语，而是获取信息，我强烈建议你开启中文字幕。除非你明确感受到某部分的翻译欠妥，你才有必要去对照英文原文。我还会看视频下面的评论。这些评论会启发我更全面地看待一个问题。至于如何保存我所获得的信息，我用的方法与之前讲过的印象笔记法类似，因此我在此就不赘述了。c. 谷歌 / 度娘谷歌和度娘也是很好的学习网站，因为网络爬虫已经帮你抓取到了互联网上浩瀚的资源。我使用这两个网站的方法同样是用关键词搜索，记录方法也同样是印象笔记。只要你频繁搜索，你选取关键词的能力一定会越来越强，这能让你获取知识和信息的效率倍增。当然除了谷歌和度娘外，你还可以在知乎和Quora里进行更小范围的搜索。情况二：当然，我不可能随时都有旺盛的求知欲。当我疲惫的时候，我更愿意去学习网站获取别人替我筛选好的资源。我比较常用的资源有两个a. TED Talk: 我会进入TED官网提供的话题Playlist，集中观看某一话题下的Talks。比如，TED官方针对 “创意” 建立了一个叫The Creative Spark的Playlist。当我实在不知道自己想看什么时，我也会根据视频的受欢迎程度（观看数）来挑内容。b. TED Radio Hour: 这个网站是TED和NPR合办的。这个网站我最常用的一个部分就是他们的播客。每期，主持人都会围绕一个话题，比如 identities, happiness 等，来把一些TED Talks串在一起，并会邀请那些Talks的演讲人来一同分析。有点像是TED Talks的精华版和导演剪辑版。这个播客配有音频逐字稿，大家可以好好利用。c. 知乎和Quora我一般也是按照话题分类和答案点赞数来进行内容筛选。2. 职业类：如何让自己专业技能更加出众？这个世界上的行业太多了，所以我无法在有限时间内，为大家罗列针对每个行业的优秀学习网站。我在此只能列出几个，并重点讲解我的使用方法和心得。情况一：撒网选优我每天会固定有一段时间（两个小时左右）登录诸如：a. Product Hunt（产品）: b. Kickstarter（产品）: c. Slideshare（PPT及想法）: d. Dribbble（设计）: e. Under Consideration（设计）: f. Fast Company Design（设计）: g. GitHub（编程）: 我看这类的网站是为了学习：a. 新鲜前沿的产品点子b. 有效的产品推广方式c. 优秀的设计及编程的习惯和作品看完之后我会在印象笔记里记录下我觉得有用的内容。针对截图，我会在图片下方记下我当下的想法，以防日后看到图也想不起当时自己为何要保存。我坚信一个人的创意不会莫名其妙地出现，坚信好想法源于积累和不同想法间的碰撞与融合。情况二：解决一个具体问题有时在学习或工作中遇到一些棘手的问题。在确信自己短期内无法解决后，我会向诸如谷歌，度娘，stackoverflow 这样的网站求助。具体的使用方法及步骤如下：Step 1: 通过关键词定位到教程或答案Step 2: 理解教程或答案Step 3: 如果不理解，就换其他教程或答案。英文看不懂就看中文。文字看不懂就换视频。教程或答案1看不懂就换教程或答案2。你不理解某个教程或答案，不一定是你理解能力的问题，也可能是写教程或答案的人没写好。Step 4: 总结与反思。可以问自己，为什么当时没想到这个解决方案？为什么当时觉得错误的解决方案是对的？为什么当时觉得对的解决方案是错的？之类的问题。Step 5: 关掉教程或答案，自己独立再解决一遍这个问题，避免遇到学习中的胜任幻觉 (illusion of competence)，即，我以为我懂了其实我并没懂。时间所限，我只能就这两个分类分享我认为好的学习网站。如对其他重要分类有所遗漏，恳请大家谅解。愉快的周日马上要开始了，祝大家愉快。图片来源：
推荐几个名牌大学的在线公开课程网站吧,英文还可以的朋友可以直接去看原版,可以系统地学习知识.老师讲得还是比较通俗易懂的,也是学习英语的好办法,我经常在上学的路上听,觉得还挺不错的.其中最全的名单在这里,500 Free Online Courses from Top Universities | Open Culture其中几个质量比较高的Coursera: 高度推荐,是斯坦福大学老师创办的,里面主要是斯坦福,普林斯顿,密歇根和宾大四所学校的课程,除了视频之外还有讨论课,阅读材料和测.我最近就在追其中社会学导论课程,觉得学到了很多东西.Open Yale Courses: 高度推荐,大名鼎鼎的耶鲁公开课就不用多说了吧.里面聆听音乐,心理学导论都特别赞,缺点是没有阅读材料,可能要自己去找一下.MIT OpenCourseWare: 推荐,MIT是最早推出公开课的大学,公开的范围也比较广,但有些课程只有讲义,自学起来稍微费劲一些网易公开课: 推荐,毕竟这是有字幕的,看起来方便一些.其中强烈推荐哈佛的两门课,幸福课(其实应该是积极心理学)和正义(Justice).后者在Youtube上可以看到360p高清的.Apple - iTunes U : 推荐,上面某些课程在iTune里面有,比如Yale的公开课,其中Oxford的一些公开课也挺不错的.iTune U的最大好处可以通过iTune方便地下载到iPhone或者iPod里随身听,平时通勤的时候可以听一下.课程大纲+搜索引擎学习法最后一种是我自己发明的,你可以对你感兴趣的各种内容搜索对应的课程大纲(用google搜"syllabus+学科名+filetype:pdf OR filetype:doc),或者在各个大学的网站上搜索教学大纲.你可以根据老师的课程大纲来了解老师的思路,然后自己结合豆瓣等搜索一下相应的参考书籍,自己对照加以学习.
